CMSS’ assisted living memory care community, Hartwell Place was named a “Choice Community” for its employee engagement scores, which performed at the top of the national benchmark.
This award from Holleran was given based on our completion of the 2023 Employee Engagement survey, which revealed that our team members feel satisfied, welcome, and supported by their supervisors and colleagues. A proprietary algorithm, developed by Holleran’s highly trained statisticians, researchers, and analysts, determines Choice Community Award recipients.
