Maintaining a healthy weight may reduce the risk of many chronic diseases and help you stay physically active and mentally sharp. To be safe, ask your doctor or dietitian what the optimal healthy weight is for you.

Remember to always talk to your health care provider or dietitian before trying to gain or lose weight. Everyone is different, including what we need to meet our unique nutritional needs.
