Affordable Senior Housing

An older man in a blue flannel shirt turns over his left should to smile at the camera.

Caring for the community like no one else.

Chicago Methodist Senior Services proudly provides older adults in our community with two low-income housing options. The residences at Winwood Apartments and Glenwood Apartments are located in the heart of Andersonville, close to public transportation. These two communities provide seniors who still live independently with apartments at below-market rates.
